What is Pay Pal?
Pay Pal is a widely used Internet service for paying for products and services online by Credit
Card or by Pay Pal Account. FLYworks uses Pay Pal for online payments of FLY KiDS
monthly tuition, summer camp, training videos, donations to FLYworks, etc.
What's the general concept?
Each FLYworks donation, product, or service is a Pay Pal "item" to put in your Pay Pal
"shopping cart." When you are finished "shopping," you "checkout" to pay for what's in
your shopping cart.
How does it work?
On FLYworks web pages where items are paid for, there will be a Pay Pal "Add to Cart"
button for each item.
Clicking it will add one of that item to the Pay Pal "shopping cart" and take you to
Pay Pal's "Your Shopping Cart" page.
There you will see the items you have selected from the FLYworks web site and what
you will be charged when you "checkout".
While on "Your Shopping Cart" page, you can:
Please note: Each time you click an "Add to Cart" button, one more item will be added
to the shopping cart. The items in the shopping cart can be changed on the Pay Pal
"Your Shopping Cart" page. If you do not "check out", you will not be charged for
anything even if it is in your shopping cart.
To change the Quantity of items in the shopping cart, type in the Quantity you want and
click the "Update Cart" button to see the change in the cost.
To completely remove an item in the shopping cart, click the "Remove" check box and
then click the "Update Cart" button to see that the item has been removed.
To return to the FLYworks web site from Pay Pal WITHOUT "checking out", click the
"Continue Shopping" button. No transaction will have been made. If you choose to
continue shopping, you can go to other FLYworks pages to consider other products and
services.
When ready to check out, you will need to click an "Add to Cart" button. Doing
so will add one more item to the cart and return you to Pay Pal's "Your Shopping Cart" page.
If you didn't really
want another item, take the steps discussed above to change or remove
items in your shopping cart before checking out.
To complete the transaction with the items in the shopping cart, make sure the number
of items and cost are correct, then click the "Proceed to Checkout" button and you will
be given the option to pay by Credit Card or by Pay Pal Account. You will be asked
for information for verification, shipping, etc.
